Keiji Mutoh appeared at a press conference today and announced that he is stepping down as acting President and CEO for All Japan Pro Wrestling.
Mutoh has decided it upon himself to take responsibility for the Nobukazu Hirai situation. He apologized for everything that has transpired and hoped that Hirai gets well soon.
Masayuki Uchida will be known forward as the President for All Japan, while Mutoh will still be a leader in the promotion on the Board of Directors.

There are reports online that Super Hate, aka Nobukazu Hirai, suffered a brain hemorrhage following his match last night against KENSO. A few sources have stated that Hirai was complaining of vomiting and collapsed backstage during the post-match interview. He was immediately rushed to the hospital and has since undergone surgery from what I have read. Hirai will remain in the hospital for 3 more days as they monitor his state of health.
There is to be an official statement announced sometime today (5/30) in Japan
--------
Super Hate update: As of right now it seems that "Super Hate" aka Nobukazu Hirai [41] suffered from a stroke following his match against KENSO on 5/29.

As an update to what I previously reported "Hirai was complaning of not feeling well after the match and then collapsed backstage during the post-match interview and began vomiting. He was immediately rushed to the hospital where they diagnosed him with having a stroke, and he has since successfully undergone surgery. Hirai from what I have last read has not regained consciousness as of a few hours ago.
-----
Super Hate / Nobukazu Hirai update: The official diagnosis has been released as an acute subdural hematoma. Hirai from what I am aware has still not regained consciousness. The surgery was performed successfully and they now have him on a ventilator and under constant watch.
------
Well another update has come in and in an odd twist TARU has been suspended indefinitely. It appears that TARU may have had his hand in regards to a beating to Hirai before the 5/29 event. There are no other details on if TARU had a hand into what may have caused the injury to Hirai. All Japan has sent out an apology and said that everything is still under investigation.

More Details: 2 hours before the scheduled event [5/29], It seems of the eye witness account that Joe Doering and Rene Dupree were expelled from the locker room. There seemed to be others in the room, thought to be KONO and MAZADA, but there is no proof on who "all" were really involved. The words "I'll beat" was heard from TARU's mouth which is why he was placed at the forefront of the suspension. TARU apparently confessed to the situation and was dealt with accordingly.
-------
TARU and Masayuki Uchida [All Japan Director] pictured. From what I continue to gather on the "Super Hate" situation, as though I previously reported TARU himself has expressed that he will not be participating indefinitely due to the arisen situation. From the interview that has been posted on multiple sites, this I am reading from SportsNavi, there was indeed an argument between the two before Hirai's match. TARU felt responsible as leader of the Voodoo Murders and has made a public apology towards the Hirai family as well as officials. It was also mentioned that TARU has been to the hospital several times since Hirai became ill and it was even mentioned that he went to the hospital following this conference.

Director Uchida mentioned that those being questioned in regards to what happened that day are Kaz Hayashi, KONO, Minoru & MAZADA, but the All Japan's officials are indeed also waiting for Hirai to recover to get the real truth to the situation. If the injury happened before the match or after is still unknown.
-------
In what has to be one of the biggest turn of events of the Super Hate "Nobukzu Hirai" situation. All Japan has announced today in Japan [6/3] that Minoru, KONO & MAZADA have all be suspended indefinitely and the Voodoo Murders are no more.
Accordingly, the World Junior Heavyweight Championship has been stripped from Minoru, as well as the World Tag Team Championship has been stripped from KONO (and from his partner Joe Doering).

All Japan has apologized to the fans for any and all inconvenience's that this has caused.

Horrible story. Hopefully Super Hate ends up being all right.

And from the wrestling perspective, it sucks the Voodoo Murders break up just as "brother" YASSHI was starting to hint at making a return.
