I work my left hand though, often throw jab left hook left uppercut. I, not a big holder though usually i just cover up and fire back then slide back to the outside

I need to throw my hooks and upper cuts more. When the guy get on the inside.

I got long ass reach for a middle weight, my reach is around 76-79 and I'm 6 feet tall. lol only guy who I have sparred with who had a longer reach then me was a guy who was 250 6,5.

Only thing I don't like is the guys don't give me time to breath, they just keep coming forward and they gotta keep eating my jabs until they kill the distance, and then its all body shots from then on out...

body shots suck If im having trouble keeping a guy outside a thing i Like to do is jab up top then drop down and give a straight right to their midsection, one of the easiest punches to land and it can REALLY slow someone down

Body sucks are 10x worse then head shots lol. I always spar with this one asian guy his build but his smaller then me, I out weight him around 10 pounds but man all this dude does is go for the body. So far his been unsuccessful on hurting me in the body, but the guy has knocked guys down from body shots in sparring before, so I always jab jab and bring my elbow right back to my body right away. lol
