Michael "The Black Sniper" McDonald HL

One of my all time favorite fighters, in my opinion the best (and fastest) hands in all of K-1 at the time. I have the honor and privilege of learning under him. Take it from me personally, the man is a work horse when it comes to training, and if you train under him too your body will be put to the ultimate test:

He switches back and forth. He mainly trains / teaches at Revolution MMA in Toronto, but when he comes here he's in Richmond at my gym New Era Athletics. You train at Rev in Langley right?

Ya coach was out of his prime when it happened, it's all good though. He's now passing on his knowledge to the next generation of Martial Artists.
