Continuing back problems, yeah. Last year he was sidelined with a leg injury that he is still recovering from. I'm pretty sure he is back in training but has nothing scheduled.

I saw an interview of his a couple of months ago stating that he wants
to get back in the mix and go for a GP,nothing else since then.

I remember hearing something about him taking care of his dying mother, although I think it was last year or so.

-100 weightclass would have been great for him.

Ruslan is entertaining fighter... and always gonna be something brutal going on when hes fighting.. the fights with the Mike's gym 2 top guys were fucking awesome.

Nice vid and all, but that is super-old footage. Funny how he disappeared. I absolutely love fighters who can persevere through multiple challenges, including speech impediments. This is why I 'mire the shit outta Ovinth Thaint Preux...
