noob to boxing. Any help?
Hey guys this may seem like a strange request but i really want to get into boxing
If anyone could give me a list of recent fights which i should watch then i would appreicate it. Plus any good boxing websites for latest news and matchups that would be great

For news, boxingscene.com is the best by far.
For checking out fighters' records, boxrec.com is invaluable.
For downloading fights via megaupload, sign up for sweetboxing.com. I also highly recommend signing up for the forum at boxingscene and check out the Video Trading Block section of the boxing forums.
For a schedule which shows upcoming televised fights, check out the schedule at maxboxing.com.
There are too many fights to list. If you haven't seen it yet, you'd might as well check out Marcos Maidana-Eric Morales from last weekend. Also, again if you haven't seen it, Andre Berto-Victor Ortiz from last night was a tremendous fight. 2 great fights recently.
I'd also recommend Juan Manuel Marquez's recent fights, such as his fights against Juan Diaz, his fight against Michael Katsidis, his fight against Joel Casamayor, and others.
Oh, and if you haven't seen it, I suggest you drop everything you're doing right now and watch Diego Corrales-Jose Luis Castillo 1.
And basically any fight with Micky Ward or Arturo Gatti is highly recommended, including their 3 fights with each other. Ward-Emmanual Burton and Gatti-Ivan Rodriguez are two great fights among the many.
Rafael Marquez-Israel Vasquez 1-4 are well worth watching as well, especially the first couple of fights.
There are many more, but there's a list for you for now at least. Any particular interests, such as weight classes, etc.?
