yeah Sefo had some of the better hands in K-1. it's weird though, Matt Skelton actually did pretty decent, winning the EBU and British title

Sefo would have done good in boxing , had he gone boxing full time. He could have been a contender IMO. Working on his stance, movement and overall MENTALITY for boxing , and finetuning his game and he could have made some waves.(this rant is not related to him beating the bum in the video above , that's just some eye-candy for this post)

yeah Sefo had the talent, if he would've never done kickboxing and just did straight boxing the whole time he'd be really good, especially with the shallow HW division. Ray was a sparring partner of David Tua

yeah i remember this from Best Dam Beatdowns.Not one of Sugarfoot's best showings but hey,shit happens.

I think the problem was that he went in with the same mentality he uses in kickboxing, meaning rely on his good chin
and general toughness, however there is a big difference in the volume and accuracy between boxing and kickboxing.

Boxers don't seem to care how good your chin is. If there is an opening they'll take it, even if you have a Chuvalo
type chin, they will not be discouraged.

^ exactly. plus all good boxers are ready to counter you and punish you quickly for every little mistake , being that they are not so quick to open like kickboxers , so they stay alert for the counter most of the time.

Sefo is the man. Multiple combat sport athlete with a p4p chin..... Overeem is a douche with a feather weight chin and a death wish via klitschko jab.
