I would have to say it's all in his charisma. He definitely takes control of the mic. Outside of that though, he is fairly bland with his ring work.
It would have been a nice time to have HBK still around because he could work a wonderful match with anyone on the roster and the Miz would definitely benefit from a defining match.

I think Wade Barret got much more charisma and btw. i love how Dos Caras sell this Alberto Del Rio gimick.
