In all honesty, that match just show cases KShams skill set, and abillity. Even tho that match was a clear work'd shoot, there's guys who can't hit those moves that smoothly with there arms free'd.

If KSham beat Gracie that first time around....Catch would have had shared the acclaim and success that BJJ has.

Absolutely, 100% agreed. And if he'd fought smarter in the 2nd fight, and/or got the same rules Saku did, it would have happened anyway! Plus he'd have more than a "moral victory" and official draw on his record.....

But regardless, Ken's legacy and catch-as-catch-can wrestling will - to quote my fifth favourite Oasis song - Live Forever
