Joerie is a former kickbox champion (Dutch and European Champion) and he was fighting for Mike's Gym. He quit his kickbox career and entered a new era, now studying to be a history teacher. Joerie talks about the start of his career, his future plans and about his band with trainer Mike Passenier.

Joerie is a very friendly sportman, during his fighting career he had heroic fights for example his fight with Tyrone Spong, in those days the fight of the year.
I've seen Joerie fighting many times and it is like BSL told "The Shark has a huge varity of combinations". I always loved to see him fighting.

Its always nice to hear someone go out when they want to...Joeri is a legend and I wish more people knew about him
