When did Manny agree to full blood testing? he only agreed to a 14/7 day cut off date.

Floyd has been doing this testing since the Mosley fight, and wants ever buddy who he fights take this test and I support this, and I think ever big boxing/mma fight should have this testing.

We have too many cheaters in combat sports. If guys are willing to cheat in running or riding a bike or hitting a baseball don't you think they are willing to cheat even more in combat sports?
