reem looks like the talented version of bob sapp in K-1. cover up with your huge muscles, get outstruck, then land the big bombs.

I think he's more than the talented version of Sapp.
His accuracy and technique is good,but yeah he depends a lot on
his huge muscles.

hence the talented version. he definitely uses his size to a HUGE advantage. he cant go skill for skill with saki, spong, ghita, etc..

Badrs hands are too good for Reem. Also, Hari's 6'6 frame makes it hard for Reem to get close without having to pay for it.

With the MT Clinch banned, Reems chances of beating Badr decrease dramatically.

Badr lost the 1st only because he underestimated him.
If they fight 100 times(K-1 Rules) Badr wins 90

im not a reem hater, i just wrote a piece for IFI praising him. im just not a teenage fanboy who gets butthurt when someone criticizes their favorites.

Im not gonna make a bold statement saying that Badr would knock him out, but seeing that Overeem strugled the first round with an undersized spong, I like Badr chances who is a technical fighter, just like spong and violent as fuck, when Badr smells blood he goes into a killer frenzy.

Badr should have won at least 1 GP by now

Badr is 300x the kickboxer that Reem is.

Reem's new style is boring without the clinch. he walks towards you with his 25 inch biceps blocking his head.. lets you wail on him, then throws right hooks until he hurts you. either that, or he just ignores the no clinch rule, and wears you down illegally anyway. spong got a raw deal, and it was easy to see him gassing after being bullied in the clinch by alistair. the ref warned him twice, and never carded him. strange.

The Reem is the new face of K-1.Japanese love him,Westerners love him so FEG is promoting him A LOT.A little help by the referee is always useful.I'm not saying that he didnt deserve the win but thats how things are.Just like when he fought Remy,back then he was like the outsider of K-1,so they gave the fight to Remy even though he lost it

see, against remy and hari the first time, reem had a much more fluid game. this year he seems to take too many shots on the arms/gloves. that's playing with fire against someone like badr.
