How to register an account, posting content etc

*When uploading, include a picture at the top, preferably from your own comp, if not source it.
*Include tags - to the right of the article box
*Include category - aka boxing, video, HL vid, K-1, Shooto, UFC, kickboxing etc
*If piece is a big article, use the "more" tag at a point in the post. This means on the home page it will say "show more" and not show the full article
