RUMOR : K-1 MAX WGP December 3rd....
.....in Singapore
source is from Poland : http://fightsport.pl/latest/breaking-news-k-1-world-max-2011-final-8-w-singapurze-3-grudnia.html
You would think that Nashiro and Nagashima have guaranteed spots. I'm guessing they'll invite Zambo too. DO they have mercy on Kraus even though he lost at the last event?
No Petro because he'll have a title fight 2 weeks later
Your thoughts...

K-1 threatened Petro with never fighting again because he was on the its showtime Japan card. It won't count for much without him though. Obviously itll be a great tournament, but it wont decide the best in the world or anything

^ Do you have a source for that. K1 is in no position to threaten anyone right now.

Id rather not see Kraus. He looked extremely paltry. Time for new blood (or at least a new champion)
Nagashima
Sato
Nashiro
Kenta
Van Roosmalen
Souwer
Kyshenko
Zambidis
Buakaw, Bovy, or another top class Shootboxer would be a nice addition too

I say Kraus because as far as foreign fighters go, he's been loyal to them. As for Souwer I thought he also had a bust-up with k-1? Isn't that why he didn't fight last year?
Other than that it would be cool to see RVR in there

K-1 backed off the stance of not letting fighters who competed at It's Showtime Japan fighting in K-1.
atm I'd expect:
Nashiro
Sato
Nagashima (if he wants to)
Yuya Yamamoto (Japan GP runner up usually gets invited to final 16)
Kenta (lack of options, should've been in the Japan GP finals anyway, but was robbed)
Kraus (despite what happened)
Kyshenko
Drago
Zambidis
Hinata
Xu Yan (if it's in China)
Rafi Zouheir (won an 8-man back in January, though not technically a qualifier)
Glogowski (Final 8, could be there again)
Mo Khamal (same as above)
Possibilities:
Su Hwan Lee
Pajonsuk (could be an option)
Chahid
Van Roosmalen
Takafumi Morita (if they can't get enough people)
I'm not so sure on Buakaw and Souwer simply because it wasn't a great break between them and K-1 last year.

Souwer looks to be just as much out of his prime as Kraus is...So if you want to leave Kraus out Souwer should be to..Grigorian almost beat him in the 1st round of the its showtime tournament...
I don't really think Kraus losing to Nashiro means much...Kraus always does bad against southpaws( as does virtually everyone)...If Nashiro wasn't a southpaw Kraus would have whipped his ass.
Pajonsuk retired...He had all these nagging injuries and I don't think it was safe for him to continue fighting so he is out...They could invite Saiyok if they want a thai...and he is more exciting and better than Pajonsuk

Souwer is in no way shot, he had an impacted nerve in his shin at the It's Showtime show from the end of the first bout and was put on a stretcher as soon as he got backstage after the Kyshenko bout and rushed to a hospital. Dude has balls of steel.

Id love to see Xu Yan included be it in China or not, would be great to see a rematch with Nagashima in the quarterfinals. Shame about Pajonsuk though, should have been in the last MAX WGP over Sagatpetch anyways.
Even excluding Petrosyan, the potential is there for a great tournament.
