I think he is 19... and he is a clean dude (for now), unlike valero... One of his promoters (who is in the video on luis corner) is neighborg of one of my uncle, and valero's family all live close to my grandmother family... and she was the one who told me about him making his box debut... he have talent and future for sure, everybody in their town are very exited about him, but he still is unknown here in venezuela...

do you know his AM record? and thats cool you live close to that dude you should be proud of him and check out his first few fights in your area cuz this guy met be Big.

I agree wholeheartedly. Valero was my pick for the future in '06 - I followed him and then scoffed like an elitist snob when Boxing Weekly (UK mag) finally did a feature on him

One thing I regret, is the night I chose to watch UFC whatever-it-was with Couture vs Coleman, and Valero was fighting in his last scrap. I was watching 11 miles away from my mate (TT member Seanio) and we were texting each other updates of the event we'd chosen; me the mma, him the boxing.

I get a text from him; "Valero just in another blood drenched, vicious war. Another knockout, 27-0. I heard Couture choked his man out"

So while he watched the great Valero fight for the final time, I got treated to the shell of Mark Coleman getting choked out by a Randy Couture that I wish had stayed retired 3 years ago...... yeah, who got the worst deal there?
