Luis Ortiz
I know I talk probably too much shit about the HWs, and I'm sorry for that. The truth is, outside of the Klitschkos the division has been pretty abysmal for some time. That said though, there are a number of guys coming up who are likely to provide plenty of fireworks in years to come.
Luis Ortiz is a 1-year pro from Cuba who's got all kinds of potential. He's 6'4 and weighs in at around 230. He's also a southpaw, and he's currently 6-0 since turning pro in February of 2010. He was a silver medalist at the 2003 boxing world cup, and a gold medalist in 2005, at heavyweight, and reportedly has an amateur record of 343-19.
Here's his boxrec:

Juan Carlos Gomez beat him to it. Lets hope Solis can manage a better showing though. Unfortunately, his weight hasn't done him any favors to this point.

The HW division is fine, it's just that the Klitschko's are better than everyone else.

I don't think there are quality contenders, but it could be argued that the Klitschkos have simply cleaned out the division. There is a solid array of prospects and newly emerging contenders coming up though.

Re: Luis Ortiz
I think there is contenders they just have not fought them.
here is the top guys the klits have not fought and hopefully going to fight
(Ranking from Ringmag)
Ring Champ Wlad
1#Vitali
2#David Haye
3#Alexander Povetkin
4#Tomasz Adamek
5#Ruslan Chagaev
6#Eddie Chambers
7#Denis Boytsov
8#Nikolai Valuev
9#Alexander Dimitrenko
10#Chris Arreola
now the klits have fought the guys in the top 10 they just have not fought adamek or alex haye. its not there fault Adamek moved up in weight and was getting HW bouts under his name so thats why that fight did not happen earlyer but now it will cuzs its signed
Alex is umm no idea guy was gonna fight them and then the fight was off thanks to teddy
and haye is well haye.
its thos 3 guys that really need to face the klits cuz any of thos 3 guys can come out and beat them.
