Re: German Boxing updates
January 18th:
Sylvester vs. Bouadla was postponed due to illness.
Sergio Martinez was stripped off his WBC belt, making Sebastian Zbik the new Champ
Again, aside from Klitschko/Solis&Krasniqi/Banks, top German Boxers continue to fight underwhelming opposition.

February 10th:
Jürgen Brähmer vs. Nathan Cleverly is set for 4/2.
Brähmer's legal trouble may have helped Cleverly here.
Brähmer needs to pay his lawyer's bills and takes a fight like this, which german Promoters usually don't do.
other news:
Sylvester is off the 2/12 card and will probably take a fight in March

February 21st:
-Sylvester's return is in doubt.Apparently, he has a mysterious sickness/infection
-Vitali Tajbert has been released by Universum after his loss to Takahiro Ao
-Universum also released their whole staff.
The loss of the TV deal with ZDF leaves them without 15-20 mil. Euros a year which make these cutbacks necessary

Re: German Boxing updates
Will watch:
April 2nd (ARD)
Marco Huck vs. Giacobe Fraggomeni
Unless my soccer team wins that evening ..
But think Huck will def. win against this 40+ fighter.

Re: German Boxing updates
Opponent for Huck according to Boxrec will be Ran Nakash
http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=361191&cat=boxer
Any info on him?
He has a perfect record and used to be a kickboxer and martial artist?

Re: German Boxing updates
Nakash is taking a huge step up in competition. Looking at his record, nobody on his record is even close to Huck's level.
